Beyond perfect! I recently had the pleasure of working with R.A.V.E. to mount two TVs in my home. Mr. Randall's attention to detail was truly impressive, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and secure on the wall. The workmanship was top-notch, with clean cable management and a professional finish, even safely cleaning the screen of a few existing smudges and vacuuming up the dust from his drilling. He communicated everything he was doing as he was doing it, so it was a joy to learn from him. I tend to be a curious person, and he had no problem with me watching and asking questions. He was kind, friendly, and professional. He actually takes time to measure and adjust, and it's extremely clear to me that he takes pride in doing the job right. Ultimately, our family is very thankful to have discovered R.A.V.E. because I wanted a professional that cared. And he did care just as much or even more than me. Prices were entirely reasonable and I had no hesitation in providing a generous, optional tip during payment because of how great the job was performed (he didn't ask for a tip, just thought he earned one). Do yourself a favor and choose R.A.V.E. because I'm convinced Mr. Randall is a legend. I'm going to be a repeat customer for sure, perhaps when we want to integrate surround sound downstairs.
