The impossible Install is now Installed. I was told by Best Buy and about 3 other contractors that my Surround sound couldn't be installed, Because I live in a 3 Story Home and the audio needed to be on every floor. (Home was not pre-wired) Alex came in said it would be a full day's work with some helpers but he would get it done. After I saw 8 speaker holes cut in my sheet rock, I'm not gonna lie I was a little worried. After about 10 hours they finished putting audio in 4 rooms and a 7.1 surround in one room all ran off the same Denon Rec. I can control the system with my I-phone and RTI remote. If I was to move to another state I would fly these guys and put them up in a nice hotel just to make sure I got the job done right. I even got a holiday card from them!

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to address all my concerns regarding mounting my 52 inch tv over my brick fireplace prior to scheduling an appointment. He did not get impatient with my questions. The tv was mounted today and it looks wonderful! The installation was very clean, the technichians were professional and the job was complete in about two hours. Ryan, the lead technician, left his cell phone number in case I had questions later in the evening. I'm very happy with the price, service and results. I will definitely use Lelch in the future.

Great people to deal with. Steve & Alex arrived to perform the install. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and performed exceptional work. It's not often that you feel comfortable where services performed meet your expectations, but Lelch and their crew came through for me. I am happy to recommend them.
