I had a MantelMount MM815 installed above my fireplace (75 inch TV), which was a tricky setup due to the tight space and unique layout.Despite the challenge, he handled it with impressive efficiency and skill, ensuring the cords remained hidden. He responded quickly, took his time to ensure everything was done correctly, and delivered high-quality work. What stood out the most was how thoroughly he explained each step of the process and took the time to demonstrate how the mount works once installed. His knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout. He even cleaned after himself and ensured the area remained clean during work. If you’re looking for someone to install a specialized mount like this, he’s definitely the right person for the job, I had a hard time finding the right person. The cost was very reasonable for the level of expertise and service provided. Highly recommend R.A.V.E. for any audio/video installation needs!

Beyond perfect! I recently had the pleasure of working with R.A.V.E. to mount two TVs in my home. Mr. Randall's attention to detail was truly impressive, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and secure on the wall. The workmanship was top-notch, with clean cable management and a professional finish, even safely cleaning the screen of a few existing smudges and vacuuming up the dust from his drilling. He communicated everything he was doing as he was doing it, so it was a joy to learn from him. I tend to be a curious person, and he had no problem with me watching and asking questions. He was kind, friendly, and professional. He actually takes time to measure and adjust, and it's extremely clear to me that he takes pride in doing the job right. Ultimately, our family is very thankful to have discovered R.A.V.E. because I wanted a professional that cared. And he did care just as much or even more than me. Prices were entirely reasonable and I had no hesitation in providing a generous, optional tip during payment because of how great the job was performed (he didn't ask for a tip, just thought he earned one). Do yourself a favor and choose R.A.V.E. because I'm convinced Mr. Randall is a legend. I'm going to be a repeat customer for sure, perhaps when we want to integrate surround sound downstairs.

I contacted R.A.V.E. to install Atmos/height speakers in my home theater on relatively short notice. They were careful and methodical in assessing the placements that would yield the best auditory experience, and I should add that they were fairly knowledgeable about home theater/home audio in general. (I’m not even sure it’s listed on their profile page, but, hey—let it be known: R.A.V.E. can set up your home theater.) They wired up my Atmos/height speakers, connected them to the AVR, and tested the setup to ensure that all units were firing properly. Their wiring/cabling work was SUPER NEAT, and I’m frankly not even sure what they could’ve possibly done better. I’m extremely pleased with their work. As to R.A.V.E.’s frontman, Julius—he’s a really knowledgeable, personable, and all-around cool guy. He’ll chat with you as he works and will share his knowledge/insights about home theater/audio setups and guide you in the right direction, which is a point of distinction/differentiation among service providers on Thumbtack. Trust that you’re in good hands. I cannot recommend R.A.V.E. highly enough!

Work done was quality. I did have to set up the cameras by myself after installation so I thought it was slightly overpriced but de-installation of old set up and installation of new set up was quick so you get what you pay for. I would recommend to a friend.

I have never used Thumbtack before. I looked up how to mount a TV and didn’t feel qualified to do so myself, and saw that this app existed. Upon looking for a service, R.A.V.E. was a suggestion. Julius has wonderful reviews and I contacted him right away. He was punctual, kind, professional, and even made me laugh! I set up an appointment and Julius installed a third TV above our main TVs. He helped me pick out a mount, and consulted me throughout the process. 5/5 stars! I highly recommend! Thank you so much for making our home a more fun and exciting place to live!
