ZERO STARS. AWFUL. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY SCARY. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. SCAM ARTIST THAT RIPS OFF OWN BOSS AND COMPANY. ZACH AND COMPANY WILL BE REPORTED. I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THE PUBLIC. I canceled there service a week before it was due and some unprofessional guy showed up at my door early and said his boss just just added me to there schedule that day. So he showed up really early and didn’t even had the correct tools to do the job I needed. Then he insisted on coming inside to see the job. He also left his tiny sack of tools outside in the rain. But I kept saying he was charging way too much so I didn’t want to service done. So he let me pick a price of 50/ hang my tv. Too many screws and things were left over. Meanwhile I was just too excited that something got done. So we made a plan to come back with what he needs to do the right job. He was scheduled for 9 the following morning. And this was after he assured he’d be in time and would call if ANYTHING comes up. 9:30 goes by and no show. So I called him repeatedly with no answer until later I got a text saying he’s too hung over so I was mad but I said let’s try for the following day. I still haven’t heard back for him after repeated chances. I WAS LIVID I will be calling the BBB and whoever else should no of this. And the fact he was going behind his own company and boss. This guys name was Zach. So BE AWARE.
