Never had carpets cleaned, they were ten years old. We have big dog and a toddler, didn't expect miracles but they looked much better when I got home. The color was improved, the house smelled better. Obviously carpets needed to dry, but so far very pleased with what I I have seen.

Jerry gave a bid on line, sight unseen, given my very undetailed description. Once here, we walked my entire house and while the cost was a little more (I expected that due to the area size, not because of any hidden costs), Jerry did a good job of explaining all costs, all work, what he found during the job and how to take care of my carpets going forward. I live in SE Carver County but Jerry was willing to come out this way. I would definitely use him again.
