We reached out to Hanson Construction for a multi-scope renovation project on a duplex I'm working on. While we ultimately went a different direction for this particular job, I wanted to leave a note about the experience. Brett was truly great to work with, prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the bidding process. He took the time to walk the property, ask good questions, and put together a detailed estimate. His guidance along the way was extremely valuable, even on items that ended up outside the scope we hired for. No high-pressure tactics, no games — just a straightforward back-and-forth that made it easy to evaluate against other bids. Even though the timing and fit didn't line up for this project, I came away with a positive impression and will consider reaching out to Brett again on future work. If you're collecting bids, Hanson Construction is worth including in the mix.

Brett did a fantastic job patching up three holes from a former fireplace vent. He came twice to apply multiple coats of epoxy, he was in and out in 30 minutes each time, and he did an excellent job matching the existing texture of the walls. On top of all that, he had the lowest price of the 3 quotes I got, I would definitely recommend him!

Brett was awesome to work with. We had a guy mis step in a attic and put his foot through master bedroom ceiling. Brett took care of it and our customer was super happy. Great to have a guy like this to help make things right when accidents happen

We needed the door and trim to our basement removed on short notice for a washer and dryer delivery, and then reinstalled after the delivery. Brett came through for us big time. He was very responsive and punctual, friendly, and did an excellent job for us. We look forward to an opportunity to work with Brett again and highly recommend him.
