Brett Hanson showed up on time and after taking a close look at my purchased wallpaper mural, deemed it damaged. The creases and scratches in his professional opinion would still be visible after installing and I would not have been happy with the end results. He did not charge me for his valuable time and even took the time to take pictures as documented proof as to its condition so I could have it exchanged. I found him to be an extremely knowledgeable man of high integrity. And will definitely use him once the replacement paper arrives and refer him to my clients and friends.
