- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi there - as you know custom baking is custom. Every customer has different needs. It is really hard to give a price off of a few limited details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation and brainstorm with you and find out exactly what you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught baker BUT my family does own a bakery in Hibbing, MN that is over 100 years old. I grew up around baking and was always drawn to the cake decorating station at the bakery. I guess you could say that it is in my blood!
