- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want customers to know I have an incredible passion for taking pictures. It excites me and makes me happy. It gives me great pleasure to see someone smile when they look into my camera!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk on the phone first, and then meet them in person. I feel it is important to meet them in person to get a good feel for one another and are comfortable with one another. I am friendly and like to learn as much information as possible about the people and the event they would like photographed. I get excited about doing photography and it shows in my actions and my body language. Clients pick up on that when they see me in person. I am down to earth and very genuine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, i am a member of TCPPA. I go to every seminar to further my education once a month, and I also go to at least 2 master photographer all day seminars to learn about lighting, marketing, and the latest trends in photographing weddings and senior grads, and headshots.
