- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by meeting with the client, preferably in person, to help them develop a vision of what their event will be and put them at ease that I will coordinate a successful event for them. I then identify all needs, develop a timeline, finalize the budget and final quote for the event and have the client sign a contract and pay the deposit for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I have over 25 years experience managing events for groups up to 1,500. - I have an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and over 10 years experience catering events for groups of 5 up to 250. I am a certified culinary Chef.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
- I discovered I have a passion for offering exceptional events through organizing work and volunteer events which have led me to a career in event planning/directing. - I have always enjoyed working with food and recently enhanced my expertise by obtaining my culinary degree and recently became a certified culinary Chef.
