Hello! My name is Rew. I own and operate Helpful Services with have over a decade of industry experience with a variety of home services. I am from Minneapolis and cover a 30 mile radius. My professional experience begins with landscaping as a youngster, moving on to professional window cleaning and adding new services as my clients needs changed over the years.
I am owner-operated so I can get the job done properly the first time, so I can communicate with my clients efficiently and so I can balance my work and family schedules effectively.
My services are priced by the item. For example, a clean window pane costs seven dollars. This motivates one to work efficiently and effectively and allows for consistent, uniform pricing. Whenever I need help, I compensate my helpers accordingly, because I don’t believe that people should have to trade time for money.

Rew did a great job clearing some nasty ivy and shrubs from a retaining wall and our foundation. He came prepared with tall ladders and equipment. Even took away the debris he cleared out. Very pleasant and fast!

Wow - what a fantastic transformation!!! Rew tackled my window washing that was behind by 2 years. He power-washed my siding and deck, and cleared the leaves from my gutters. It may sound crazy, but it feels like my house in now happy and proud. I know I sure am! Rew is a hardworking family man. He's exactly the type of contractor I want to support with my business. Rew answered my desperate call for help after my laundry room got soaked during a very hard rain due to clogged gutters. He showed up the same day I called, within just a couple hours. He took before and after pictures and didn’t leave a mess. I would definitely hire him again and certainly recommend him. High quality work and super friendly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounts available for frequency of service and for hiring multiple services at once and for scheduling with a neighbor. I offer payment options for clients who qualify, so that help can be accessible. My services are charged per unit, so each client receives the same pricing, knows that I will work efficiently, and is assured that the task will be completed properly before issuing payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person, discuss the scope of the project, take appropriate measurements or counts, then offer the price before getting started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to school for linguistics, firefighting and graphic design-none of which relate to the task, but throughout all of my educational pursuits I have kept working on my clients’ houses because that is where I started, with on the job training.
