We were very happy with the job that Pure Touch did. Our sprinkler system was shut down for the winter but they worked through that. The guys were very nice to work with. Overall, we were very happy with their work.

We hired Pure Touch Home Services to clean more than 30 windows and three storm doors, and we were amazed at the difference! They cleaned the windows inside and out, including removing storm windows and cleaning both sides, and left the glass absolutely crystal clear. I honestly didn't think some of our windows could ever look that clean!
They also removed the screens and wiped them down. The screens could have used a little more attention, but overall we were very happy with the service. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't believe how much they accomplished in such a short amount of time.
Our windows looked fantastic when they were finished, and we would definitely recommend Pure Touch Home Services!

The Fellas were polite on time and chop chop. The windows looked great after completion. One in the garage they couldn't get at, which I totally understood, my phone booth was in the way. One small ornament ball was broke, while they were outdoors working. They apologized immediately and said they would compensate me for it. I said no big deal, the ball was a thrift item and I was not concerned about it at all. i have Grandchildren etc. I know how things happen. Other wise....I was very pleased with the job done and their efficiency.
