- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set amount that we charge for each window. The only way that would change is depending on the difficulty to reach a window or how much dirt and grime are on the windows. Our prices come from the Amount of Window Panes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take our time explaining our cleaning process. We walk around the house and provide an estimate. We then explain why we charge the certain amount and the steps moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My previous careers have always been manual labor work. All of the unique skills that I have retained have now helped me with my business. The repetition of these jobs have helped with my speed and knowledge.
