- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our pricing as low as possible based on current market costs while still delivering a great product. When we bid a project, 99% of the time the price is all in, up front. That means no hidden fees or extras at the end. On the rare occasion where that is necessary, we inform the customer during the bidding process and work out a range that everybody is comfortable with before we ever sign a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make it as easy as possible! That means using technology when and where we can, while also working with clients schedules. We are available via phone, text, and email and we can often get estimates without having to enter the home saving everyone time. We always start with a quote, and go from there.
