We normally don't talk to door to door salesmen but in this case we had already decided we needed to replace our back door. The man happened to catch us at the right time. He wasn't pushy. Just took our name and number and had someone call us. The salesman was very informative. Isaac came and did the measuring. He also did the installing. He did an excellent job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. Today our city inspector came and said it was an excellent job. One of the better ones he has seen installed. He was also happy they replaced/installed new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms.

We have replaced all the windows in our home with windows from The Window Store. We love them, and the temperature in the house is much more consistent in both the summer and winter. Would definitely recommend them!

My experience with the window store was excellent. I am very happy with the quality of my new windows. The project was completed ahead of schedule and I got a good price. The office staff is very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. It was done in one day and installers cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for windows.

I had large window at the front of my house (as old as my house) and a patio door that were both in pretty rough shape. They both let in a lot of cold during the winter so I decided to get them replaced.I decided to go with The Window Store for the update since they have a good reputation online and their windows are manufactured in Minnesota. The guy that installed it was very friendly and did a great job, especially with the finishing work. The new window and door look great and the project was cleaned up nicely afterward.I would highly recommend The Window Store to anyone that is looking to update old windows/patio doors in their house, especially in Minnesota where the winters get so cold.

Our FREE In-Home consultations are designed to leave our customers with an exact quote. Your Window Store Representative will go over all of your project details and let you know exactly how much your project will cost. Our representatives are able to offer discounts on certain products and we do have promotions running from time to time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Window Store Experts will go over some project details with you and get your FREE in-home consultation scheduled. Your representative will come to your home during a time that works best for you (we offer evening and weekend appointments so it does not have to interrupt your work day) and they will give you an exact price for your project. From there, our window store team will keep you updated on all communications, product installations, warranty information, and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Window Store representatives are highly trained in all of our products. Our installers are trained and certified based on product type -- windows, kitchens, siding, roofing, doors.
