My pricing starts at $75 per 45-minute session, up to 2 individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If requested, I am happy to do a free phone consultation prior to beginning services, so we can learn more about each other and also see if the fit is good!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Mind Body Specialist and a certified group fitness instructor with the American Council of Exercise, as well as a certified yoga instructor through Online Yoga School. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and teaching yoga for over 15 years.
