FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the number of people who will be attending the yoga class. I charge a set rate for individual private yoga, yoga for small or large groups, special events, etc. Payment is required in advance to hold the appointment. I also offer class packages for private yoga that offer a discount compared to the drop-in rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer, I like to have an initial phone conversation to learn about their interest in yoga, their health and fitness, and their goals for the yoga class. For private yoga students, I offer an initial session for new students that focuses on basic postures and flexibility so that we can create a plan and goals that meet them where they are. For groups and events, I tailor each class to the group involved, their overall age, fitness level, and experience with yoga. I theme the practices according to the event or celebration and combine movement and mindfulness practices to create a unique experience for everyone involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020. From there, I continued my yoga studies and completed an additional 300 hours of yoga study in 2022, becoming an RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. I’ve taught more than 1000 hours of yoga since becoming a teacher, qualifying for the E-RYT 200 certification in 2025. I have continued my study since, attending retreats and trainings to further my yoga knowledge and practice. I have also received training in Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and am Reiki Level 2 certified.
