Introduction: I offer private yoga lessons for individuals and couples as well as group classes for all levels. Beginners are not only welcome but also encouraged to get in touch!
Private sessions are a great way to receive personal attention and ask questions you may not be able to in a traditional studio class.
Yoga is also great for groups and bonding -- think team building before a happy hour; lunch-hour yoga for your employees, finding your center before the ultimate Frisbee game or a unique, fun way to kick a bachelorette party.
My teaching focuses on styles of vinyasa, yin and restorative and sometimes, a balance of all three. Before your session, we'll discuss your needs and interests, so I can tailor the experience, so it is truly your yoga.
Whether you book private sessions or group classes, you can expect my class to be open, compassionate and lighthearted. I also believe that each of us is a teacher and aim to provide a space in which everyone feels empowered to share and learn from one another.
Professional development is one of my priorities, and I regularly attend trainings on various topics, like meditation, yoga for anxiety and depression, partner yoga and yoga therapeutics.
