- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing approach varies as the services we offer are wide ranging. We will quote a single job with an upfront guaranteed price when applicable. We also set pricing of some work orders applying our standard hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach to working with our customers is to first gain an accurate understanding of their needs so we can care for their needs as thoroughly and effectively as possible.

College degree plus 20 years experience in my field.
