- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have different pricing tiers for ongoing property management services or tenant placement. Our typical management fee for a Single Family Home/Condo/Townhouse is $69 / month + 3/4 of the 1st months rent for tenant placement services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We follow a 6 Step Process: 1. Listen to clients needs and expectations (usually a phone call) 2. Visit the property to assess condition - discuss potential improvements 3. Perform a rental market analysis to establish range of values 4. Establish rental screening criteria 5. Sign Management Contract 6. Begin Marketing!
