Being a landlord kinda sucks. But you know what's awesome? --Being an investment property owner when you have someone like Verde P.M. to take care of all the landlord stuff for you. I don't have to worry about tenant questions, reminding renters to pay their rent or driving across town to show a property to a potential renter. Verde does it all for me. I just sit back and watch the monthly rent revenue come into my account.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We often have special offers available for new clients, so please inquire when we connect! We have different pricing tiers for ongoing property management services or tenant placement. Our typical management fee for a Single Family Home is $89 / month + the 1st months rent for tenant placement services. For Condos and Townhomes, our rates are $79/month + the 1st months rent for tenant placement services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We follow a 6 Step Process: 1. Listen to clients needs and expectations (usually a phone call) 2. Visit the property to assess condition - discuss potential improvements 3. Perform a rental market analysis to establish range of values 4. Establish rental screening criteria 5. Sign Management Contract 6. Begin Marketing!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    20 years experience as a residential real estate professional. We have owned and managed over 1000+ units of residential real estate in the Twin Cities market. Extensive experience in property maintenance and renovations.
