- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For personal training, there are packages that can be purchased for individual training or small group personal training. Those are discussed with the first consultation, which is free.
- What types of customers have you worked with?From 13-74; already fit & active athletes, runners, etc. to people that have experienced a joint replacement, therapy for injuries, or just finding the loss of lean muscle, bone strength, endurance, and want recapture or learn how to recover and maintain a healthier body as they mature. We have trained some that were preparing for events such as Warrior Dashes and marathons and have had college students train with us to become better or increase their performance in sports. Along with that, we have seen more people resigning from some activities that are getting to be too hard on their bodies.
