Your trainer can refer you to the right specialists for all your non-exercise health needs. 7. Affordable: truly most people think it's expensive to hire the person that is most focused on them and sometimes more than they are focused on themself. When we discuss the costs of medicine and care to "deal" with the medical issues steming from unhealthy lifestyles AND the "feel good" or luxury "I want" monthly expenses they pay out routinely, the investment cost they are making towards their better health and future is not so great.
