- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No service call fee. I offer straight forward pricing and will never perform work unless the customer agrees to have the work done in the first place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come onsite to inspected the work to be completed before giving an estimate for the work. Once I can inspect the work area and see the scope of work and give give a firm estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Plumber with 10+ years of experience.
