. Chef Patrick and his assistant arrived promptly as planned to start preparations. They provided all their own utensils and pans, and needed to use only a few of our kitchen containers. They immediately got to work preparing the meal, cleaning up after themselves as the dinner was prepared. Dinner was served precisely on time, and we enjoyed a delicious meal complete with a dessert of Bananas Foster that everyone loved! The portions were huge, and some were bringing leftovers home to enjoy later. Chef Patrick and his assistant visited with everyone after the dinner, and then completely cleaned up the kitchen, leaving it spotless. I would definitely use their services again!

Chef Patrick's skill and reading the "crowd" of 17 folks was perfect for the right amount of description of the food to each table balanced with their interest in visiting with each other â and, of course, the results were delicious. As the host, his ability to work independently in someone elseâs kitchen was outstanding too. I really visited meaningfully and yet was given special advance samplings or was quickly consulted as each course progressed. The extra touches and enthusiasm added to the festive evening. I have already continued telling stories of this lovely night to others and received thank you notes and emails from guests saying what a special night this was for us all.

Chef Patrick provided an amazing, participative, multi-course culinary experience. Our evening of dining was delightful! Chef Patrick is a true foodie, his attention to detail and quality ingredients combine to create spectacular and unique dishes. Patrick also brings patience and good humor, warmly welcoming us into the kitchen as the courses were prepared. I'd highly recommend Mercury212 and Chef Patrick for a memorable and delectable dining experience!

I have attended two events where Chef Patrick has prepared full course meals and wine pairings and the food is amazing! The additional bonus is the fun interaction with Patrick as he shares his vast knowledge and experiences with you during the event. I highly recommend Mercury 212 and Chef Patrick.

Chef Patrick is the whole package. He serves up a very tasty meal and is more than happy to try and accommodate any request. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about sharing an awesome food and wine experience.
