Every construction project will face snags and setbacks, the sweet Lord knows ours did, but L&M Property Solutions went the extra mile to ensure the project was done correctly and in a timely manner.Sil, the general contractor, is honest, hardworking, and very friendly and will do what he promised even if it costs him money. He has my total respect. He is completely trustworthy!Eric, the project manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and stands behind what he says. He also is trustworthy!Andr, the sub-contracting carpenter who built our porch, is one of the best carpenters I've ever met. His work is superior and his character equals his work.Tito and Fernando, the general laborers who did so much of the physical work, are fantastic! They work so hard. They never complain. They are so friendly and honest. I would trust them with everything I own. These guys are amazing!Christian, and his crew (the subcontractor who did the concrete work, specifically, our driveway and sidewalk), did a fantastic job and went above and beyond and delivered a superior finished product.
