John is great to work with, and I say work with cause it's a team effort. John works fast and does a great job screening potential tenants to make sure it's a perfect fit for everyone, owners and tenants. John is personable, I appreciate the fact that when I'm talking to him he truly cares about my property and tenants not like some of the box rental agencies where you are just another number. You want to be able to trust your property manager and I'm totally comfortable with John. So don't get lost in the numbers with the other guys, and trust your property to John. You won't regret it

I really don’t write a lot of reviews but I wanted to write this one for John. I’m new to using a rental company for my duplex. I had a lot of questions and was blown away by the work that John had done for me. Everything is so organized and John is very responsive. He is very professional and always sets up layers to protect my business. I have had a lot of stress in the past and feel very confident for once that I’m in good hands with John. I’m in customer service field for my career and I recommend using Johns company without question! I wish more people knew about his great work and I look forward to adding more properties in the future under John.
