- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation and a thorough site assessment to understand your vision and evaluate your space; from there, we create a customized proposal, finalize the agreement and schedule, execute the project with consistent communication, and wrap up with a final walkthrough and follow-up to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed extensive hands‑on training and worked with experienced crews on both new construction and renovation projects, including homes built by Lennar, Pulte, Hanson Builders, Custom One Homes, Ispiri, and more. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with licensed union trades like plumbers and electricians while learning from independent business owners. These experiences sharpened my skills and gave me a deep understanding of high‑end residential standards — from waterproofing systems to layout precision — so every project I deliver is built to last.
