Found this gem when I began looking for places to fix a broken laptop key. The free diagnostics was fantastic as it gave me a quick estimate of what was wrong and the cost to fix it. Turns out the key board needed replacing, but was at least $40 bucks cheaper than other computer repair shops. Dropping off the hardware for Josh was a sinch and only took an hour to complete. Would go again if something went wrong!

I had contacted three other computer places before using this service. None of the services could offer me what Josh did. The other companies didn't have free diagnostics to discover what was wrong, and some were going to charge me around $1000 to get it fixed. My laptop was picked up at 6 PM, fixed by 7 PM, and returned to me by 8 PM, and I was only charged $40. The service was absolutely PHENOMENAL and I thought the pick-up and drop off was excellent. I would highly recommend this service to my family and friends.
