- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its $75 per Hour with a 5 hour minimum for all services which may include expends such as mileage, Lodgings, travel cost, (This does not apply to process serving). Discounts are offered depending on the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the potential client on the phone or through thumbtack messager and get a bit more information on there situation to see if I am able to assist them or if I need to refer them to another agency that maybe more accommodating. If client is interested in service then we set up a time to meet to fill out a "Service Agreement"( a contracted that guarantees that I conduct services advertised and the client pays for services regardless of the outcome.) After service is complete I meet up with the client to give him all information gathered during service along with the original copy of the Service Agreement and Invoice upon receiving final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of the University of Washington Private Investigation and Law Program. Annual P.I training courses and seminars through MAPI.
