Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We offer lawn care services for residential, commercial, vacation homes as well as churches, and city mowing projects. We offer other lawn related services including spring and fall cleanup. Mad Man Mowing LLC also offers landscaping services and designing to add value and curb appeal to your property. Landscape removal is another option available, We are also flexible on mowing schedules. Several of our clients will ask to have their lawn mowed and complete the day of or the day before guests arrive. Mad Man Mowing LLC, with reasonable notice, can fulfill schedule request changes. Communication with our customers to satisfy their requests and needs is part of our belief as a local business.

A. The best time to water your lawn is early in the morning for best results.

A. Looking at something before you start and the sense of pride in the work put in to get to the end result, satisfaction.

A. Common questions are, how much to care for my yard? What can be done about weeds?
When is the best time to water?
Cost depends on the size, landscape and pitch of hills, free estimate is always available to answer these questions.
Weeds react differently to different things, we often refer customers to a trained and certified weed and fertilizer specialist to solve weed problems. They will be able to tell you if chemicals are safe for children and pets and what precautions to take.
The best time to water a lawn is early in the morning. The lawn will be able to absorb the water before the sun gets to high. Watering at night is not suggested as the lawns chance to get unhealthy disease is much more likely.

A. We offer flexible invoicing/payment terms as well as prepayment options for vacation and rental properties.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I love working outdoors, mowing and talking with customers. I read an article about making a list of things you enjoy doing. Lawn care was the first thing on the list.

A. Networking, blogs, equipment dealers, and lawn landscape publications are the sources for new and changing developments in the industry.
