Introduction: I am a food-service professional. My father suggested that I go to chef school in the late 70's and that is all I have done since then. I love making people happy with the food that I make. The sheer variety in different ethnic foods is exciting, and the ability to cook home-style foods are two of my strong points. I also have been given the title of soup queen at most of the places where I have worked. I love making events memorable!
