Mike was very quick to fix my computer errors and find a solution. He also worked with me later on personal errors and was helpful enough to suggest ways to improve my computer security and watch for unwanted installation of malware.     I work as a computer technician during the day and help other customers at night. Because of this I stay up to date on most computer software and current security standards.
