- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by square-foot when removing and installing shingles , shingle accessories and linear foot for installing drip edge , ridge vent and/or ridge cap. All prices depend on slope of roof and elevations. I offer discounts for veterans and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide an estimate, of labor and materials . Explain the process of how the job will unfold, as well as how the job is finished. Explain contract and warranties , other roofing systems and costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Roofing contractor license , over ten years experience, selling, repairing , estimating, installing and training of roofing systems.
