I needed someone to show me how to drain my 1 year old water heater. Nothing was broken, I just didn’t feel confident doing it myself. Several plumbers provided exorbitant up front estimates or would not give an estimate at all without a visit. I can understand that process for some jobs, but what I needed was very straightforward. Drain machine gave me a very fair upfront estimate. They were easy to schedule and communicate with. They graciously let me watch and explained how I can do it myself next year. No complaints. Would hire again.
