Hank's Appliance Repair came out and worked on my Garbage Disposal. He did what he could but the disposals engine had burned out through wear and tear. I paid him for his time which was 75 dollars. We discussed about getting a new one and installing it. He is going to text me when he has one ready and set up a time for him to come out and install it. I know how much it will roughly cost.
Very professional and punctual and responsive. Yes he does charge a 75 dollar assessment fee if he can't fix something but most professionals do that and it's cheaper than a lot of professionals do.
I highly recommend him for anyone needing to repair or replace something.

Our experience was great! Hank replied promptly to our request and arrived at the date and time promised. He diagnosed our washer problem promptly and promised to research the cost of the required part to repair. He texted us with the total cost to complete the repair and we agreed a time for the repair visit. Again, he was cheerful, helpful, and quick in the repair. We highly recommend him!
