- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are excited to create packages tailored to your needs. Our services include providing bartenders, servers, buffet setup and teardown, ice, catering pickup, and replenishment management. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Lead Foot Helen's, we begin by understanding your vision and needs for your event, tailoring our packages to fit your budget. Once we decide it's a good fit and the deposit is paid, Caitlin will meet with you in person at your venue—or another location if the venue isn't an option—to discuss all the event details. She will then create a banquet event order (BEO) and run of show for the day. This document will be shared with you and any key individuals, such as the venue manager, maid of honor, and vendors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Caitlin - Owner of Lead Foot Helen's - has been in the event and hospitality industry for 15+ years. Working most recently as the Sales and Events Manager at Can Can Wonderland in St.Paul having done 700 events in 12 months. Previously working as the Sales and Events manager for a local hospitality group working with 8 locations and planning 3 large block parties a year.
