Five Star was great. We did not know who to go with for our bathroom remodel and we contacted a couple. After talking to Chris we decided to go with Five Star. The whole crew was excellent and we would want them back for sure. I think they are 6 stars on a 5 star rating system.

There was a post from another party on Facebook asking for referrals for a bathroom remodel. I read the responses. Ostin was referred by a few people. I reached out to Ostin via Facebook messenger due to him being local for one and his response time was like no other. He was able to meet with us the following day. Ostin was clean, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all he did not pressure us. He had no issues backing up the conversation if I thought of a question in the middle of things. He made us feel very comfortable and helped us on the decisions we made for our purchase. He was so helpful!!! I had reached out to other companies in the past but just didnt get the this is the right fit for us. We are just in the beginning phases of things and I am excited for our shower install.

Five Star Bath is wonderful! Not only does my bathroom look beautiful but I recently had a small leak from the base of one of the faucets and Mitch from Five Star came out within a couple of days and took care of the problem. Their guarantee is true!

We offer a package of materials and services to remodel your bathroom in 1 - 3 days. This includes tub replacement, tub to shower conversions, shower doors, flooring and vanities. We also offer walk-in tubs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in home review of your project, we provide a guarantee price and start and finish most projects in 4 -6 weeks from signing a contract. We offer financing for all our projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five Star Bath Solutions is part of a national company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are local owners of the franchise in the Minnesota market. We have training and our installers are certificated to install our products. We are licensed Residential Building Contractors BC 764147 in Minnesota.
