Let me begin with the salesman, Tom Seesz. He was prompt, courteous and well dressed. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of his product and left us with a thorough understanding of the process. When we noted we were entertaining other quotes he was more than willing to schedule another appointment and preserve our discounts. When decision day came Tom completed the measurements and the contract professionally. There were no surprises and we got an extra discount for my Veteran status.Installation came quickly and within our preferred time frame. Mick and Tim handled the work efficiently and in a friendly manner. They easily dealt with a small last minute change and were careful to clean up after every step. Tim was here all day and was delightful in dealing with our affectionate dog. He worked with every challenge deftly and with good humor.Mick returned with two missing parts. Due to his diligence there was no delay. The job was completed in the one day promised.The results exceeded our every expectation. The new appearance of our 5 Star Bath brings a 21st century style to our remodeled 80s house. Great, high grade components and beautiful installation cause us to recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions without reservation.Did I mention that we could not tell that a construction crew had been in our home? Had a consult set up and the guy called before coming out. When it came to discussing budget he literally laughed at me. I've since had a few people stop out and my budget wasn't that far off. These guys may do good work but I'm going with another company that isn't so rude.
