Introduction: Hi I’m Jake! Looking for someone to help you with some home remodeling, renovations, or just a handyman to fix some things up? I’m your guy! Everything from bathroom/basement remodels, tiling, door and window repair and replacement, plumbing of all sorts, light electrical, drywall repair/replacement, trim work, flooring, and more - If you’re looking for a handyman I charge $55/Hr and only accept cash. My licensed contractor wage w/ liability insurance and 2 year warranty for all work is $70/Hr and I accept Check or Cash. I DO NOT accept credit cards. *All jobs are a minimum of 4hrs.

I was in need of some tile work around our fireplace hearth. It was one week before new floor installation and we were in a bind. Jake reached out promptly and said he could help us out. The installation of the tile was perfect and seemless. He did an excellent job. He was punctual, courteous, a good worker and kind. We will be hiring him again.
