We were going to get brand new carpet because of all the kid and pet stains over the last 4 years. We thought we would at least try cleaning before going through all that hassle and money. It turned out we basically did get new carpet after they were done cleaning. We very highly recommend them!

straight hourly rate plus tax. That's it, no extra charge for stains, stairs, type of stains and type of carpet. Look at my projects, that is a screenshot of someone on my local Nextdoor app.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess, pretreat, spot treat if needed and clean using the best method, truck mounted water extraction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for the company before I bought it. When the opportunity came up, my wife and I, have and still are "needing out" learning different techniques, new and different solutions and tools and how we can make ourselves a better company as a whole. I believe that when someone say that they know everything, it shows that they've got a lot to learn.
