Cozy's has been a great cleaning service for our busy family home. Fast and hard working, the cleaners keep moving, are friendly and self motivated. Cozy's has cleaned several times for us now and we have them scheduled every two weeks. It's so nice to come home to clean floors and a tidy house. Reliable, flexible scheduling and trustworthy. Good communication and friendly without being too chatty. I love that this is a small company. I get the same cleaner, so they know what I want, and they do the job right, time after time.

This company does excellent work. They are also friendly and flexible in what they can accomplish for their customer. Cozy’s has been cleaning my home for two years. Love this service. Well worth the money I spend on it.

Kelly did a great job cleaning our home. We've had many cleaners, she was very thorough. It was very easy to book. Easy to pay online threw PayPal. I look forward to her next service.

I paid $249 to cozy cleaning, no longer needed their services, cancelled with a full week's notice, and was refused a refund. I'm going to have to file in small claims court to get a refund. What a pain and totally unreasonable! Also, this is a one-woman operation, and she says that for the $249 cleaning, I would have received one cleaner (her) for 2 hours...that is extremely expensive. Do not hire!!!!!

Details: 3 bedrooms • 1 bathroom • 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft • Just once • Friday • Late afternoon (3 - 6pm) • Evening (after 6pm) • Deep cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Oven cleaning • Interior window cleaning

Maggie,    Just in case you forgot what was said yesterday I included the conversation below. You were never told that I was a huge corporation. Plus its stated on my website that I am family owned and operated. Nor can you quote how long it took me for a service that you did not allow me to complete. You defiantly don't set my rates. Rates that you agreed to prior to paying. You did cancel your service five days before not one week.     Further more I work for many relators and I highly doubt they would be repeat customers if I was a "scam."  Not to mention all my repeat bi-weekly & monthly clients. Did you notice you are the ONLY negative review on Thumb tack or Yelp? And your lying!  I would encourage you to remove your false review. All of our clients are required to pay for their service a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We do not offer cash refunds as stated in big letters on our website that you paid for the service on.  (The reason we do this is to avoid customers/potential customer from wasting my time while they are still shopping around. Book us when your serious because I don't like no show appointments.) I cant remember the SQ FT.  I was trying to accommodate you & give you a estimated amount of time, rearranging my schedule to fit you in. I clean fast but I won't be rushed. Moving forward, If you don't want to keep the 1:15 Appt on Friday then I'm happy to credit your account. Or perhaps you would like to gift it out for Christmas. It would likely be two Residential cleaning services if you choose to not use your credit for the move out/in cleaning.
