- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are best determined after a phone call, I know we all want the prices up front. But in order to get the most accurate pricing and to prevent any surprise fees pop up, we should talk about everything you need and are looking for before we arrive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a few details about the project, I will need your address and email to send you a quote outside of Thumbtack. Once you review it I am available for questions, concerns, and scheduling 🙂
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn for fun. On my time off, I'm connected with the carpet cleaning community online, and constantly trying to learn more, I've taken many classes and am connected with Industry leaders
