- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing that follows a formula, you only pay for what you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an estimate and ask a couple follow up questions. We send over a detailed itemized estimate, once you see the pricing we scheduled the job. On the day of the estimate we provide measurements and final price before starting, zero obligation for your free in-home estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC certified firm and have trained technicians on every job.
