I am extremely happy with this service and highly recommend them! I had what I considered an unusual issue with my laptop: after updating it, nothing worked. It wouldn’t connect to my home Wi-Fi, and it wouldn’t even open a single page—extremely frustrating! I posted a note, and they responded almost instantly. Their response time and work ethic are outstanding! They came and picked up my laptop the same day and returned it the following day, fully fixed, cleaned, and even installed a new antivirus to keep it secure. Yes, they even delivered it back to me! After starting the laptop at home, I noticed it still wasn’t connecting to my Wi-Fi. After multiple failed attempts to get my internet provider to help, I reached out to Nanosystems again. They came back the same day and worked diligently to resolve the issue. It wasn’t an easy fix—after trying numerous solutions, the only option was to get a new adapter to make my older laptop compatible with my advanced network system and Wi-Fi router. They went out, purchased the adapter, installed and configured it, and stayed until everything was working perfectly. Their professionalism and dedication are truly exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME. I'm not one for making reviews but I HAD to make one for these guys, this also happened to be the first time I..... broke my PC and had to ask for help 😕. Nanosystem not only responded quickly to my help call and gave me a quote first without hiding anything, Now my problem I had was an upgrading problem, I bought parts from the microcenter in st Louis and I found that I messed up in the upgrading process somewhere. So I will say they work a lot faster if you know what the general problem is, that said after heading to their shop and seeing their work in person, I can say that even if you don't know the problem they'll find it fast. 🙂 The people I met and the owner where incredibly nice to me, Even after they fixed my PC before they sent me off (same day repair btw) they offered me so much advice and help when I asked. Thank you Nanosystem for Fixing my PC, would give 6 stars if I could. 🙂 Special thanks to Luie (I think that's how you spell your name 🤔) Ian And of course the owner for going above and beyond, you didn't have to show the kindness that you guys did but y'all are amazing.
