- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Really depends on the event and what the client needs. I firmly believe that each event is different, as are the expectations. We do not have a standard price as we consider gratuities as part of the quote. If a client does not want it to be a tipped event, we reserve the potential of adding gratuity to the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Creating the experience that the client and guests expect by listening, planning and executing accordingly. Setting up the event in timely fashion, getting a thorough understanding of the clients' wishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in food service and hospitality for my entire working life. Currently work as a bartender, banquet server, and at a liquor store. We are all guest focused, customer service professionals.
