Introduction: Many embroidery companies are looking for large orders. We love the "one-up" requests! We are a small company that takes pride in each individual product we create. Our machines make one at a time and each item is monitored to make sure it meets our high standards. Creativity! The finished product is so beautiful and we trust and pray that the receiver will enjoy the item for years to come.

An amazing experience. Tom is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and has an eye for what looks good. He walked me through few choices and the result is amazing. Quality, details and speed. If you need something embroidered this is the only place you should use!

Details: 1 piece • Blankets / towels • Fleece • At the pro’s location • Remotely (phone or internet)

Not only did Mr. Youngquist honor my last-minute request for embroidered baby blankets, he picked the items up at my home one afternoon as he happened to be driving through town, and had them ready for me the very next morning - the day of the event! The embroidery was beautiful and the gift recipients were so pleased. I would give 10 stars if I could. I wholeheartedly recommend Timely Expressions!

We needed a one-off embroidery (which is not easy to find) for one customer jacket. Service was excellent, given we had layers of approvals/changes. I would use Timely Expressions again next year for the same purpose. Also, the cost was very reasonable.

WOW! Tom was in contact with me very quickly following my Thumbtack search for a local embroidery company. We worked out the details and started the project that day. He met our short production deadline for our TV shoot and we are thrilled with the quality of the logo on our shirts. Thank you!

Tom and Barb were outstanding to work with. The quality of work is unmatched, and the attention they paid to my needs was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Timely Expressions for your embroidery needs.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Generally we charge a base of $10 for mounting an item which includes the first 10,000 stitches. After the first 10,000 we charge $1 per 1,000 stitches. If you have a design that needs to be digitized we will do that for somewhere between $30 and $60 depending on the complexity. Most basic logos are done at the $30 price. If you have large quantities where the stitch count is low and the mounting is simple we have been known to negotiate lower pricing. However many of our projects are one or two items. We like those! But yes, we will do the larger quantities as well.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers we always like to have at least a phone conversation but better yet, a face to face meeting. Embroidery is very personal and getting a feel of what our customer wants, letting them pick things like exact font, colors, designs, placement is very important.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been doing embroidery for almost 20 years now, both as a hobby and professionally. Barb spent a number of years working in a retail operation which sold and trained in embroidery. Tom had digitized numerous items for both personal use (got a number of grand kids that have shirts, blankets, etc. with grandpa's custom digitization) as well as business use. We are ready to take on just about any project!
