There was a scheduling glitch but Jeff handled it very well and quickly and apologised immediately. The guys then came and were thorough in testing the wiring in the circuit and replacing the scorched socket a tenant had left behind. Im very glad to know there isnt a fire hazard on that circuit!!! And I really appreciate business owners who step up, take responsibility, and address issues. That builds trust and respect; Jeff has earned mine!!!

He came. (got from Woodbury to Bloomington very quickly!) He understood the problem - had a couple suggestions for us to consider. He fixed our light. He got done FAST and charged me UNDER his hourly rate because the job got done so fast. Answered other "What if we...." questions and had a good handshake! I'll use him again.
