- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding: We have straight forward pricing to cover elopements to premium all day with the flexibility to work with different budgets ($400-2000). Engagements session can be added to any wedding with a package discount. Included in our wedding packages is coverage time, image processing (all selected images receive editing), USB of image files, online gallery, and print release. We cover the St. Croix valley and the greater Twin Cities metro area without travel fee, contact for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Portrait: We'll connect over email and phone to figure out the styling and best location for your session. There are so many amazing options with the cities and parks, we have some favorites but are always open to exploring new spots, too! Wedding: The process begins with email, call or a chat over coffee. We work closely with you on such a special day, so we really like to make a personal connection to our couples. We're happy to offer recommendations on how to best capture the vision of your day!
