- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We estimate the amount of time we need to complete a project and bid accordingly. Square footage is difficult to use when every home is so different. New construction pricing is based on square footage as well is specialty finishes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a time to meet with a potential new client. It gives us an opportunity to get a good look at what needs to be done, different options to fix or make repairs, colors, time frame, and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have run a painting business for 20 years. My business partner has worked in customer service in the paint industry for the last decade in sales.
