My prices are fair and reflect the premium quality of services that I offer. I do more than just spray for bugs, I bring long lasting solutions to problems caused by pest presence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with new customers comes down to asking the correct questions. Like, length of time customer has lived at the home. Frequency of pest issues through the year. When did the issue start and what products have been used in the past to treat for pest issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed and passed pesticide applicator license test. On going yearly trainings to keep up with training. Great customer service skills learned from working at a restaurant for 2 years.
