FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My philosophy is to give more bang for your buck! generally speaking, my prices are lower than most other pest control companies, and that is due to a few reasons, the biggest is that as much as I love pest control, I'm not in it to get rich. The second is that I keep low overhead so I am not having to pay for a ton of other things. the third (not final) reason is because I understand the impact that pest control can have on a person's life, even the psychological and emotional impact, if I can have lower prices to help those who would otherwise not be able to afford it, in all for it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to listen to them to find out what issues they are having and letting them know what I can/would do. I prefer to educate my customers and will often times offer a DIY approach to save them money if at all possible. If I am chosen to complete the work, I like to keep my customer updated each step of the way, explaining what I am doing and why. I enjoy teaching so I encourage my customers to hang around looking over my shoulder and asking questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master's licence for structural pest control, as well as having over 1,000 hours of training, being mentored and studying to improve my worth and better serve my customers. I also have almost 20 years customer service experience, 5 of which were supervisory/management positions.
