Brian Bergstrom called 15 minutes before he arrived to service my garage door, just like the customer service rep said he would. He was professional, knowledgeable and a good sport. Gave me three repair options to chose from and provided a detailed explanation on all options. I would recommend Precision Door Services to my friends and neighbors.

Our garage door Spring broke on a Friday night and we had a car stuck in the garage. I scheduled a repair for Saturday While a lot of other door repair companies were closed. James Magaard arrived on schedule assessed the problem and gave me options. I had also been thinking about replacing my old garage door opener with a new one with wi-fi capability and he had 3 of them on the truck to choose from. James was very professional and not pushy. He even helped me program my new opener to the buttons in my car! I highly recommend this company.
