One of my garage door springs broke on Friday and I was able to get Precision Garage Door to repair it early afternoon on Saturday. The technician Paul was great and very informative on the inspection, parts, work and lifetime warranty. He was actually able to show up early when he completed his previous job earlier than expected. I would use them again.

Brian Bergstrom called 15 minutes before he arrived to service my garage door, just like the customer service rep said he would. He was professional, knowledgeable and a good sport. Gave me three repair options to chose from and provided a detailed explanation on all options. I would recommend Precision Door Services to my friends and neighbors.
