Rashad and his team do great work! We contacted them for a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom. He informed us that it would save us quite a bit if we refinished the tub instead of installing a new one. We now have an incredible space that we LOVE! The tile work is absolutely amazing, and heated floors in Minnesota should be part of every bathroom renovation. He worked with us to determine what materials we should purchase and what he would purchase and have delivered. We picked out all of the design elements, and they helped us understand what and how much of everything we would actually need to purchase. We will definitely be in contact with Rashad again for future large home projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair. We are not the cheapest or the most expensive. We always provide a detailed estimate in writing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With most companies that are equipped and capable of handling larger projects you typically deal with a receptionist, a sales person, and then passed off to the project manager.
At Kennedy Property Development you are dealing with the owner (myself) Rashad from initial phone call to final inspection. This typically starts with a phone call to get a better understanding of your project, setting up an appointment, viewing the scope of work at the property and then delivery a written estimate all within a timely matter.
If we move forward on the project we put the details in writing. Such as scope of work, work schedule, pay schedule etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kennedy Property Development is Licensed, Bonded and Insured with the Minnesota Department of Labor as a Residential Building Contractor (aka general contractor) and we are also EPA Lead Certified.
